Our Story

It was in 2018 in which we decided there was high demand for a concrete coatings expert in the Indy area. Kovacs Epoxy was born because of this so that we could put our full attention on floor coatings and bring our customers a product that had never previously been seen before!

Kovacs Epoxy represents over 50+ years of industry-leading passion and dedication. Kovacs is named after our founder, George Kovacs, a Hungarian immigrant and skilled craftsman who came to America to chase his dream of starting his own company. In 1959, Kovacs was born. George valued trust, customer service, and quality craftsmanship above all else, and these are still the values we uphold here today at Kovacs Epoxy.
